Experience/Skills: Diploma in Surveying Practices, NEBOSH Health and Safety qualified, experience in Facilities Management and general construction project management.
Richard started his career as a Room Service Manager in a 5* hotel, before moving into Facilities Management and then into the construction industry.
He worked for a Government Service for 10 years where he was responsible for managing construction and churn projects ranging from 50k – £2m.
Richard joined RME in January 2015 as a Senior Contracts Manager and manages our major projects.
