Elise began her career in the creative industries, holding a Level 3 Diploma in Fashion and Textiles, followed by a Foundation Degree in Fashion from the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham. During this time, she gained hands-on experience working backstage at London Fashion Week and Top Model, while also developing her professional skills in the private healthcare sector.

At RME, Elise helps keep the office, Helpdesk and wider projects moving in the right direction. Since joining the company in 2021, she has progressed to Office Manager, where she leads and supports the Helpdesk team while remaining closely involved in larger project works, health and safety, and detailed bespoke designs.

With a practical, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, Elise enjoys finding solutions and helping the team deliver the best possible service to our clients.
