Elise began her career in the creative industries, holding a Level 3 Diploma in Fashion and Textiles, followed by a Foundation Degree in Fashion from the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham. During this time, she gained hands-on experience working backstage at London Fashion Week and Top Model, while also developing her professional skills in the private healthcare sector.

She joined the RME Helpdesk in April 2021. Responsibilities include working on our reactive and minor works helpdesk. Her responsibilities include managing helpdesk requests, coordinating new works for site personnel, maintaining accurate reporting and recording systems, and interfacing with client platforms.

Elise has continued to grow within the organisation, now supporting health and safety procedures, processing invoices, and assisting with the management of smaller-scale project works across the business
