At the heart of a building, particularly in the winter, we rely on our boilers to deliver heat and hot water day in and day out. When the time comes to replace a boiler, often due to the time the old one has been in situe, legislation and guidelines have changed. A direct replacement may not always be possible, modifications to flue liners or ventilation may be required. Our technical experts will be able to advise on the possible solutions and ensure that a new installation complies with Corgi regulations. Older boilers may contain asbestos rope and flues are often asbestos lined. Should this be the case RME can oversee the removal of asbestos under licence. From a small domestic wall hung boiler to a floor standing commercial beast of a machine. RME will handle the strip out and replacement of the boiler, burner and associated accessories leaving it purring in place of the old.
